Wapos Cantina, Englewood CO

GEM Studio was hired to renovate the exterior and interior of a vacant Mexican restaurant in the heart of downtown Englewood Colorado for a future restaurant tenant Wapos Cantina. The existing arches and columns were removed and the existing fascia and walls to remain were repainted. A new overhead rolling garage door and a patio with a new steel angle drinkrail have been added at the street the building to create a new connection from the interior to the exterior. New LED exterior lighting has been added into the new fascias to create a more inviting environment at nighttime. The interior finishes and millwork were updated to create a more modern aesthetic
