Glenwood Springs Safeway Renovation, Glenwood Springs CO

We were hired to renovate the existing Safeway building on Main Street in Glenwood Springs that has been sitting vacant for the last 8 years. The building was demised into two separate tenant spaces for ARC Donation Center and Harbor Freight Tools. The exterior scope of work was to create a new entry for Harbor Freight tools with an exterior loading enclosure. The existing building was repainted, exterior lighting updated, a new roof overlay, new aluminum storefront, significant parking lot improvements, and storm water detention updates. The interior was fully updated with new HVAC, lighting, electrical service, gas service, finishes, and tenant spaces.
