Foot Solutions new Colorado franchisee built out their first location on Colorado Boulevard at University Hills Shopping Center. The Owner is based in Utah and did not have any experience working in the City of Denver. We lead the permitting process and were able to obtain permit approval with only a few comments from the City. The existing restroom was refinished, a new storage/work room was added and a new sales area was built out. We worked with the brand and the Owner to design the new finishes, millwork, display shelving, and decor within the Owner’s tight budget for the project.
