Kid's Empire, Multiple Locations Nationwide

GEM Studio has been the Architect of Record for Kid’s Empire for multiple projects nationwide in Colorado, Oregon, Oklahoma, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, & Virginia. The design architect for these projects is Torres Architects. These spaces include a concessions area, restrooms, play structures, and an administration area. The spaces have tons of good lighting, wood grain LVT flooring, lots of color, and hand painted murals. Typically these projects require electrical service upgrades, exterior storefront modifications, and mechanical rooftop unit additions. The projects are located in retail strip centers, covered/outdoor malls, and one in a vacant movie theater complex.
