1878 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Landlord Improvements, Lakewood CO

The existing retail shopping center at 1878 S. Wadsworth Boulevard formerly had a Playball batting cage at the north side of the building, Local Host gaming center in the middle, and a Bingo tenant at the south side of the building. The Playball space was vacated and the building needed to be demised for (2) new tenants. The existing mechanical rooftop units were replaced for the (2) new tenant spaces as well as an adjacent Local Host space. Electrical and gas service and meters were upgraded. The exterior of the building was repainted and the existing stone veneer was removed and replaced with a clean stucco finish.
