Our client owned a piece of property in the Lowry area in East Denver directly across from the Wings Over the Rockies Airplane Museum that he wanted to develop into a 10,000 SF core and shell retail building. The building was built without any tenants signed up for the building but was quickly fully leased. The tenants who moved in include Yoga Pod, Light Rx, and Fit 36. These are all health and wellness tenants dedicated to fitness and improving health. The building was constructed with a steel frame, metal stud wall framing, and brick/EIFS finishes to match the adjacent building also owned by the same Developer.
