9295 N. Federal Blvd Landlord Improvements, Westminster CO

Spaces located inside an existing retail shopping center at 9295 N. Federal Boulevard needed to be demised from (2) existing vacant retail spaces into (4) new smaller tenant suites because Wing Stop had signed a new lease in the building in one of the smaller suites. One hour rated tenant demising walls and single user ADA compliant restrooms were added for the new tenant spaces. The existing electrical and gas service was required to be upgraded for the new tenants with separate metering. New mechanical rooftop units were added for the new tenants including reinforcement of the existing roof structure for the new units.
