Cheers Liquor Mart was in dire need of a renovation. The store has been a staple in Colorado Springs for decades but was lacking it’s identity. The existing store facade made the building look small even though it is a 10,000 SF structure. The Owner wanted the building to show as large as it is from the street. We accomplished this transformation by removing the front facade and adding stone veneer, corrugated metal panel, aluminum canopies, and tons of new glass. New automatic sliding doors and an entry vestibule were added to improve energy efficiency and traffic flow for the store.
