The existing clubhouse at the campus house apartment complex of the Flats at Norman needed a refresh. The scope of work included renovations to the great room, leasing office, restrooms, kitchen, study room, and fitness room. The Owner wanted to create a covered shelter at the pool for outdoor seating and a television. Our team designed the new covered shelter and utilized the existing trellis structure to save valuable funds. This much needed renovation helped modernize the existing clubhouse for the residents and helped the Owner lease up the remaining vacant apartments for the new school year.
