Rooted Wellness purchased an existing office building in the Washington Park neighborhood to become their new therapy center. The existing space was an open office concept and the new user required several private offices. Sound transmission between spaces was of the utmost concern to maintain privacy. We accomplished this with sound insulation in the walls/ceilings, doors, and door sweeps. Installation of a new ADA compliant restroom was necessary to meet building code requirements. The Owner desired fresh modern finishes. Our team accomplished this with bright colors, wall tile, and a wood slat sitting area in the break room. The exterior scope of work included new paint and a decorative mural.
