Courtyard By Marriott Hotel, Loveland CO

We were hired to design a new Generation 5 Courtyard in Loveland CO adjacent to the site of a new Bass Pro Shop. Our team worked with Centerra’s Design Review Committee and the City of Loveland to develop a modified exterior look to conform with the design requirements for the area. This project was developed entirely in 3D utilizing REVIT (BIM) technology and provided our team with an in depth knowledge of the latest Courtyard By Marriott prototype and design standards.
