Courtyard By Marriott, Louisville CO

The Courtyard By Marriott in Lousiville was required to undergo a PIP for the interior and exterior of the hotel per the new brand standards. Our objective was to design to the required aesthetics while maintaining the Owner’s budget. The majority of the existing exterior was brick veneer that we proposed to maintain. We added wood plank siding, a new Porte Cochere, and aluminum composite panel boxes to create more interest in the facade per the brand standard design. The interior public spaces and guest rooms were fully remodeled. An exterior firepit was added on the back side of the hotel to create a new gathering place by the bar.
