Courtyard By Marriott Hotel, Loveland CO

We designed a new ground up Generation 5 Courtyard in Loveland CO adjacent to the site of a new Bass Pro Shop. Our team worked with Centerra’s Design Review Committee and the City of Loveland to develop a modified exterior look to conform with the design requirements for the area. The hotel included (4) stories of guestrooms, lobby, meeting rooms, indoor pool, full kitchen, laundry room, outdoor patio, and fitness room.
