Chicken Salad Chick, Greenwood Village CO

The Denver franchisee for Chicken Salad Chick decided to built out their second location in Greenwood Village across the street from our office. We worked with the franchisee and the national brand to revitalize the existing space into a new Chicken Salad Chick restaurant. The existing restaurant was a vacant former pizza restaurant so we were able to reuse the existing walk-in cooler, maintain the exposed wood ceiling framing, and reuse an existing hood to save valuable funds for the project. The existing kitchen was fully renovated with new equipment and the dining room/check out counter was refurbished with new finishes, booths, tables, and chairs.
