JR’s Pizza Restaurant, Fairplay CO

JR’s Pizza was previously operating a food truck in the mountains and they wanted to expand their brand with their first brick and mortar store in downtown Fairplay. They wanted to expand their menu beyond just pizza. We helped them accomplish this with the development of a full kitchen with a new hood, under-counter grease interceptor, fryers, walk-in cooler, dishwasher, and prep area. The dining room and restrooms finishes were upgraded to freshen up the space. We opened up the wall between the dining room and kitchen with an arched opening to show off the wood fired pizza oven and a new black tile back wall.
