Parry’s Pizzeria, Centennial CO

Parry’s Pizzeria took over a vacant Mellow Mushroom restaurant at the Streets of Southglenn to build their new Centennial location. Renovating an existing pizza restaurant yielded significant cost savings for the Owner in lieu of a new build out because we already had the necessary infrastructure in place. The kitchen and bar were fully remodeled with new equipment and finishes. The dining room was converted to the Parry’s brand standards with custom wooden gears, freeform brick walls, graffiti walls, booths, finishes, and furniture. New canvas was installed at the existing covered patio per the brand standard colors.
