Wapos Cantina, Englewood CO

The former La Esquina restaurant building in downtown Englewood was extremely dated and need to be modernized. The Owner’s budget was tight for the project and construction costs also needed to be considered. The non-structural exterior arches and columns were removed and the existing fascia and walls to remain were repainted at minimal cost. (2) new overhead rolling garage doors and a new steel angle drink rail at the patio were added to create connection from the interior restaurant space to the exterior street. The interior finishes and millwork were updated inside to create a more modern aesthetic for the new restaurant tenant.
