Hilton Doubletree Hotel, Greenwood Village CO

We were hired for the renovation of the Double Tree DTC in Greenwood Village CO. The renovation consists of full FF&E replacement as well as modifications to several public spaces and guestrooms. Public spaces to be modified in the renovation include: the Zink bar, ballrooms, several meeting spaces, lobby, outdoor patio, atrium, Dazbog coffee shop, corridors, restrooms, back of house spaces, and reception area. The guestroom renovations include redesign of the existing suites, renovations and additions of ADA guestrooms, and typical guestroom FF&E upgrades.
