Courtyard By Marriott, Golden CO

We were hired to design in the interior and exterior renovation of the Courtyard By Marriott. The existing exterior was all brick. We added a new Porte Cochere and aluminum composlte panel boxes to create more interest in the facade. New aluminum canopies were added at the exterior side exit doors. The interior public spaces and guest rooms were fully remodeled. An exterior firepit was added on the back side of the hotel to create a new gathering place by the bar.
