Prime & Proper Butcher Shop, Littleton CO

GEM Studio was hired by Prime and Proper to design a new butcher shop in a vacant space of an existing retail shopping center in Littleton. The new shop includes a retail sales area, prep kitchen, walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, office, breakroom, and support spaces. Finishes in the sales area include wall tile, LVT flooring, exposed painted structure & ductwork, pendant lighting, display shelving, meat cases, a custom check out counter, and reach-in refrigerators & freezers. A view window was designed between the prep kitchen and the sales area to create connection between the back and front of house.
