JR’s Pizza Restaurant, Fairplay CO

JR’s Pizza previously had a food truck in the mountains for skiers and boarders and they decided to build out their first brick and mortar store in downtown Fairplay. The previous space was a vacant brewery with no kitchen. The new space has a full restaurant kitchen with a new hood, under-counter grease trap, fryers, walk-in cooler, dishwasher, and prep area. The dining room and restrooms finishes were upgraded to freshen up the space. We opened up the wall between the dining room and kitchen with an arched opening to show off the wood fired pizza oven and a new black tile back wall.
