Chicken Salad Chick, Greenwood Village CO

GEM Studio was hired by the Denver metro area Chicken Salad Chick franchisee to design their new restaurant in the Denver Tech Center in Greenwood Village located across the street from our office. The existing restaurant was a vacant former pizza restaurant. We worked with the franchisee and the national brand to revitalize the existing space into a new Chicken Salad Chick restaurant. The existing kitchen was fully renovated with new equipment and the dining room/check out counter was refurbished with new booths, tables, and chairs. This is the second location in the Denver market and serves up great food with a family friendly atmosphere.
