Bottling Facility Additions, Wytheville VA

The existing bottling facility in Virginia was in dire need of additional warehouse space, a new break room, and restrooms. The existing facility is enormous at almost 1,000,000 SF. The distance from the warehouse to the existing break room and restrooms was very far for employees and affected productivity. The existing water lines were on the opposite side of the building so new lines had to be run around the exterior to the new break room & restrooms. The existing structure is tilt-up concrete panels with steel roof structure. The addition was designed to match the existing building and appear as though it has always been a part of the building.
