Courtyard By Marriott, Reno NV

We were hired to design the interior and exterior renovation of the Courtyard By Marriott. The existing exterior was all EIFS. We added wood plank siding, a new Porte Cochere, and aluminum composlte panel boxes to create more interest in the facade. New aluminum canopies were added at the exterior side exit doors. The interior public spaces and guest rooms were fully remod-eled. An exterior double sided fireplace was added to create an indoor/outdoor connection.
