Foot Solutions, Denver CO

GEM Studio Architecture was hired by the franchisee for a tenant finish project to build out the first Foot Solutions Colorado location on Colorado Boulevard at University Hills Shopping Center. The existing vacant space was a former AT&T phone retail store. The existing restroom was refinished, a new storage/work room was added and a new sales area was built out. We worked with the brand and the Owner to design the new finishes, millwork, display shelving, and decor.
