Cheers Liquor Mart was in dire need of a renovation. The store has been a staple in Colorado Springs for decades. The Owner wanted to show off the size of the store from the front (10,000 SF). This was accomplished this by removing the front facade and adding stone veneer, corrugated metal panel, and tons of new glass. New automatic sliding doors and an entry vestibule were added to improve energy efficiency and traffic flow for the store. The renovation of the store quickly increased profits and created a more desirable shopping experience for the store’s loyal customers.
