1878 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Landlord Improvements, Lakewood CO

GEM Studio was hired by the Landlord to demise an existing vacant indoor Playball batting cage into (2) new tenant spaces. A one hour rated tenant demising wall was constructed between the spaces. The existing mechanical rooftop units were replaced for the new tenant spaces as well as an adjacent Local Host space. Electrical and gas service and meters were also upgraded. The exterior of the building was repainted and the existing stone veneer was removed and replaced with a clean stucco finish.
